Elizabeth has been the fire I needed to push me to the next level.
— Nakeisha Geddes, 1:1 Coaching

As a speaker and Life Coach, Elizabeth uses her ‘story’ of moving from victim to victor to inspire women and girls to overcome obstacles and challenges in order to achieve their greatest potential.

She has delivered life transforming messages to diverse audiences of women, girls and youth, educators, administrators, teachers, parents and social service providers; through workshops, retreats, teleseminars, webinars, keynote addresses and training programs.

Through private and group coaching sessions, workshops in person or by phone / Internet, Elizabeth teaches women and girls how to push through their ‘story’ and limiting beliefs that are holding them back from discovering and fulfilling their purpose. Her style of coaching helps her clients to maximize their strengths and develop a positive self-image.

Six years ago Elizabeth founded Street Projects which provides aid, feeds the hungry, clothes the poor and ministers to those who have lost hope and have been disadvantaged by family and social circumstances.

Her motivation to better the streets of Toronto is deeply rooted from her life as a street kid. Elizabeth has dedicated her life to positive girls / women’s development programming. She has chosen to use her story in service of her community and to serve the world.
